1.1 Introduction & Acceptance

nbazi is an online betting and casino platform that provides digital entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. nbazi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the nbazi platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for all methods).
• The name and payment details registered on the account must match those used when making a deposit.
• Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Keep a record of every deposit transaction — it may be requested for verification purposes.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the deposit.
• nbazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if irregular activity is suspected.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the nbazi platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). nbazi is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The nbazi welcome bonus applies to newly registered members. The first deposit must be made after registration to qualify for the bonus.

• A 150% bonus applies on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳24,000.
• The bonus amount will not exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make a bonus withdrawable, bets totalling 20x the bonus amount must be placed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after the bonus is claimed.
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance may expire and be cancelled.

4.3 General Policy on Promotional Offers

• To participate in any promotion, the specific terms and conditions of that offer must be followed.
• Each user may participate in a single promotion only once.
• If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is proven, the account may be banned.
• nbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The nbazi VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Benefit Terms

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's activity and participation on the platform. nbazi regularly evaluates VIP tiers and rewards eligible members. Cashback amounts are calculated weekly and credited to the account subject to specific conditions. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to any other account.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the nbazi platform are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Please read the rules of the relevant game carefully before participating in any betting or gaming activity.

• nbazi reserves the right to void the result of any bet that occurs due to a system error or technical issue.
• Cheating, using software, or gaining an unfair advantage by any other means is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to gain an advantage through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being banned.

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

For sports betting, market outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body. If an event is postponed or cancelled after a bet is placed, action will be taken in accordance with nbazi's policy.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access or manipulate another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.

7.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information

You can close your account yourself at any time. In that case, the remaining balance (subject to bonus conditions being met) can be withdrawn. Account closure requests must be made through the support team.

10.2 Termination by nbazi

nbazi may terminate an account and confiscate the balance for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Any serious violation of these terms and conditions.
